I recently purchased an Eufy doorbell and set it up on the Alexa app to use with my Echo Show 5. The setup seemed straightforward, but I’m encountering some issues. While the Eufy and Echo Show are linked, my account isn’t detecting any devices under my Eufy account. My husband, who is the main administrator, doesn’t have this issue, but I’d prefer to use my own account for better privacy and management. Has anyone else faced this problem? Are there any workarounds besides switching to my husband’s account? I’d appreciate any advice or solutions!
