I’ve been using my Eufy L60 vacuum for over a year now, and it’s been a reliable helper in keeping my home clean. However, recently I noticed that it’s not picking up dust and debris as effectively as it used to. The dust box is empty, and sometimes it seems like it’s only collecting cat hair for a few seconds before dropping it elsewhere in the room. I’ve tried cleaning the filter, filter bracket, side brush, and roller brush, but the issue persists.
Eufy support mentioned that since my vacuum is just outside the warranty period, they can’t assist further but suggested replacing the filter and roller brush. I’m a bit frustrated because I’ve seen other retailers offering a two-year warranty for the same product. I’m wondering if it’s worth investing in these replacement parts or if this vacuum is just not built to last beyond a year.
