Event history section not showing all events

Hi there I am testing both the G5 and G 100 camera and I’m noticing that not all events get shown in the event history section. But when I go into the playback section and browse through the timeline I see recordings of all motion activated events but only some of them are showing in the event history section in the app. I don’t understand why this is the case and can this be resolved? ?? shouldn’t event history be showing everything.??

I’d like to add that the events being detected is a person. It’s clearly a person. It’s not just some random motion or a shadow. Some of these person events are being showed in the event history but some are not. They just only viewable in the playback timeline section.

Can you share screenshots? Are you looking at cloud events or local?

One other question, did you try and unplug them from power / Poe power and plug back.

I have two G5’s with Poe Ethernet power & my g100 plugs into the power strip. I am seeing similar, in looking at camera logs (cloud logs) one g5 shows people detected and the other g5 won’t, only shows motion detected.

But I’ve found to fix this is not soft restart via Aqara app, it’s unplugging them and plugging back in (I call cold boot).
