Wyze Thermostat Room Sensors – First Impressions
I recently got my hands on the new Wyze Thermostat Room Sensors, and I’m absolutely blown away by how sleek and functional they are. The design is modern, with a clear display showing temperature and humidity right at a glance. The magnets are super strong, making it a breeze to attach them anywhere in my home.
One feature I love is the ability to prioritize comfort or saving energy for each sensor. It’s really handy for ensuring different areas of my home stay at the perfect temperature without overworking the HVAC system. The battery life is impressive too, using standard AAA batteries that should last for years!
However, I do wish they had some of the features that the older Climate Sensors have, like push notifications and automation rules. Still, they’re a fantastic addition for fine-tuning my home’s climate control.

Wyze just launched their official Discord server, and it’s been a blast hanging out with other enthusiasts and the Wyze team. It’s a great place to share tips, troubleshoot issues, and get the latest updates on new products. If you haven’t joined yet, I highly recommend it!
Wyze Week 2021 Highlights
Last week, Wyze hosted their annual Wyze Week, packed with live streams and community events. Here are some highlights:
