Experiencing False Fire Alerts from My Arlo Essential Camera

I’ve recently noticed an issue with my Arlo Essential camera where it’s sending out “fire detected” alerts even when there’s no fire present. It’s been quite concerning because the camera shows a green screen during these false alerts, which adds to the confusion. I’ve checked the setup multiple times and haven’t made any changes to the camera’s configuration, so this seems to be an unexpected behavior.

I’ve reached out to Arlo support, and they mentioned that this could be related to a software glitch or environmental factors. I’ve tried resetting the camera a few times, but the issue persists. It’s a bit frustrating because I rely on the camera for security, and these false alerts are causing unnecessary anxiety.
