Hi everyone! I just moved into a new apartment and, of course, my Govee lights came with me. I have a couple of lamps and wired-in fixtures, and I’m looking to get more creative with them. My apartment has a ultra-modern vibe, and I’m aiming for that futuristic midcentury feel—think 70s/80s bachelor pad core.
I’ve been experimenting with breaking up the light using a crystal lamp to create interesting patterns and shadows. It’s been a fun way to add some visual depth to the space. I’m also thinking about DIYing a lampshade to give the lights a more custom look.
I’d love to hear your ideas on how you’ve paired Govee lights with non-Govee furniture or tools. Have you found any unique ways to attach lights to things like TVs or bed frames? Any tips would be much appreciated!
Oh, and my latest Govee item was the pre-order of the LED strip with cover a few weeks ago, but I’m having trouble assembling it. If anyone has tips or tricks, I’d be really grateful!
Looking forward to your creative ideas and tips!
