One thing I’ve discovered is the importance of consistent firmware updates. I had a hiccup with my Zooz Zen24 dimmer initially, but after ensuring all firmware was up-to-date, everything started working like a charm. If you’re having connectivity issues, double-checking firmware versions is a great first step!
