The S8 MaxV Ultra and S8 Max Ultra models come packed with features that redefine smart cleaning. The FlexiArm Design™ Side Brush and Extra Edge Spinning Mop System are game-changers for corner coverage, while the RockDock® Ultra adds a touch of sophistication with its automatic detergent dispensing and hot water cleaning capabilities. The Matter support is particularly thrilling, as it opens up seamless integration with HomeKit setups, a feature many of us have been waiting for.
However, there are a few things worth noting. The suggested retail prices of US$1799.99 and US$1599.99 are quite steep, and it’s unclear if Matter support will be available out of the box. This means potential users might need to wait for firmware updates to fully leverage HomeKit integration. Still, the advanced features and the promise of Matter compatibility make these vacuums a compelling investment for the future of smart homes.
