I’ve been diving into the world of smart home automation lately, and it’s been an exciting journey! One of the devices I’ve been experimenting with is the Fibaro Smart Implant (FGBS-222). I wanted to see if I could use a momentary button to trigger a flow, but I ran into some issues with scene activation. After some research and testing, I realized that the device settings might need a bit more tweaking. It’s been a great learning experience, and I’m hopeful that I can get it working smoothly soon!
On another note, I’ve been exploring the integration of Aqara devices with my Homey setup. I was curious if the Aqara M3 hub could be used as a Homey hub, and after some digging, it seems like it’s possible with the right configuration. This opens up a lot of possibilities for seamless integration of various smart devices!
I’d love to hear from others who have successfully integrated multiple brands into their smart home setups. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them? Sharing experiences like these really helps the community grow!
Lastly, I wanted to mention the Pixometer app I’ve been using for energy monitoring. It’s been a fantastic tool for tracking my electricity usage without any invasive wiring. The free tier has been more than sufficient for my needs, and the API integration possibilities are intriguing. If anyone else is using Pixometer or has tried similar solutions, I’d love to hear about your experiences!
Thanks to everyone for their insights and contributions to this amazing community!
