I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of automating my home, and recently I’ve been diving into the world of smart devices. One area I’ve been focusing on is my roller shutters. I’ve got this Efapel 21312 system with both central and individual switches, but I’m looking to integrate it with my existing smart setup using Shelly devices.
Currently, the central switch controls all the shutters at once, which is convenient, but I want to add some smart automation to it. I’ve been considering replacing just the central switch with a Shelly-compatible switch and using a Shelly 2.5 to control everything. This way, I can manage all the shutters through the Shelly app while keeping the individual switches intact. But I’m a bit concerned about compatibility—will the Shelly device send the right electrical signals to work seamlessly with the Efapel system?
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s tried something similar or has any tips on mixing Shelly and Efapel devices. It would be awesome to get some feedback or alternative ideas on how to achieve this integration. Thanks in advance for your insights! ![]()
