As Halloween approaches, I’ve been thinking about how to leverage my smart lighting setup for some spooky fun! It’s been a great way to enhance the ambiance of my outdoor space, but now I want to take it up a notch for Halloween.

Specifically, I’d love to have my outdoor lights flash on and off every 20 seconds or so to create a haunted effect. It would be perfect for scaring trick-or-treaters!
I’ve also been thinking about combining this with some motion sensors. Imagine the lights flashing when someone walks by—or even better, integrating it with a smart speaker to play spooky sounds! I’m not sure if my current setup supports that level of integration, but it’s definitely something I’d like to explore.
