Hi everyone, I’m excited to share my journey with smart lighting automation using IKEA Tradfri bulbs and the SmartThings platform. After setting up my system, I noticed that while the bulbs work perfectly with the SmartThings hub, creating advanced automations has been a bit challenging. I wanted to design a scenario where the bathroom lights turn on with a specific brightness level (around 10-20%) during nighttime when motion is detected. However, I’m struggling to achieve this using the SmartLighting SmartApp. Does anyone have tips or alternative approaches to set this up without relying solely on the app? Additionally, I’m curious about how others manage their smart bulbs—do you use physical switches, or have you found a way to integrate them seamlessly with voice commands? I’m all ears for any insights or recommendations!
