I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
I recently set up some Philips Hue bulbs in my living room, and the color-changing feature has completely transformed the ambiance. It’s amazing how a simple change in color can set the mood for different occasions—like a warm orange for cozy evenings or a vibrant blue for movie nights. However, I ran into a bit of a snag when trying to integrate them with a custom monitoring rule. The Hue bulbs work perfectly when controlled manually, but when I attempted to automate their color change based on an open/close sensor, I kept getting an error message saying none of the selected lights were capable of changing color. 
Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? I’d love to hear your experiences!
On another note, I’ve also been exploring Govee products, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their range of smart bulbs. Their outdoor-rated options would be a game-changer for my backyard lighting setup, especially since I’ve been using some temporary blue floodlights that lack the color customization I desire. If Govee could expand their outdoor collection, that would be fantastic!
