First off, I recently set up an IFTTT applet to automate my smart lock using my Nuki Opener. It’s supposed to unlock the door when the doorbell rings, but there’s a slight delay—about a minute. While it works, it’s not as seamless as I hoped. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 
On another note, I’ve been experimenting with energy monitoring using the HmIP-FSM16. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. Sometimes the energy usage drops to zero, even though everything seems connected. I’ve tried resetting it and re-pairing, but the problem persists. It’s frustrating because my other HmIP-FSM works perfectly. If anyone has any insights or solutions, I’m all ears! 
I also wanted to share a tip for those looking to track daily energy usage. I stumbled upon the Utility Meter integration in Home Assistant, which helps convert wattage to kWh. It’s been a lifesaver for monitoring my hot tub’s energy consumption. If you’re interested, I can walk you through the setup! 
Lastly, I’ve been exploring the use of smart cameras and motion sensors. The Reolink cameras I have are great, but the snapshot delay after motion detection is a bit of a nuisance. I’m hoping to find a way to get near-instant snapshots without compromising the recording feature. If anyone has tackled this, please share your approach!
