As a long-time enthusiast of smart home technology, I’ve had the pleasure of experimenting with a variety of devices and platforms. However, I’ve noticed a lack of new features and integrations in recent months. While I appreciate the focus on stability, I’m eager to see what’s next on the roadmap. On a lighter note, I’ve also been experimenting with iOS Shortcuts to interact with my SmartThings devices. It’s amazing how much you can automate with just a few taps. For example, I created a shortcut to execute a scene that turns on my lights and adjusts the thermostat when I say, “Hey Siri, start my evening routine.”
