Hi everyone, I’m a first-time user of the SmartThings platform and I’ve been trying to connect my SmartThings Motion Sensor for almost a month now. Despite multiple attempts, including resetting both the sensor and the hub, checking battery life, adjusting distances, and scanning codes, I’m still unable to get it to connect. I’m wondering if there’s a method to add a SmartThings device via serial number, similar to how it’s done on the Philips Hue Hub. This process has been quite frustrating, and I’m hoping someone in the community might have a solution or workaround. Thanks in advance for your help!
