As a long-time user of the Govee Home App, I’m thrilled to share my recent experience with the latest update, v7.3! This update has brought some fantastic new features and improvements that have really enhanced my smart home setup. Here’s what I’ve been enjoying the most:

Smartwatch Control Integration - The ability to control my lights and thermo-hygrometers directly from my WearOS smartwatch is a game-changer! I love how convenient it is to adjust settings with just a quick glance or swipe. No more fumbling with my phone in the dark!

Alexa Voice Control Enhancements - The new integration with Alexa’s natural language processing has made controlling my lights feel more intuitive than ever. Commands like “Alexa, warm up the living room lights” work seamlessly, and it’s so much smoother than the old system.

Upgraded Thermo-Hygrometer Settings - The updated interface for my thermo-hygrometers is a huge improvement. Swiping through historical data is so much easier, and the reorganized settings make everything feel more streamlined.

Expanded Color & Scene Modes - It’s fantastic to see more devices supporting the revamped color and scene modes. I’ve been able to create some really unique lighting atmospheres in my home, and it’s all so easy to manage.
My Takeaways: This update has definitely upped the ante for Govee. The integration of WearOS and Alexa voice control feels like a significant step forward, and the improvements to the thermo-hygrometer settings are a huge plus. I’m also excited to see these features rolled out to more devices in the future!
