Recently, I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting and its ability to create immersive experiences. I’ve been experimenting with my Govee LED strips and Hexa Pros, syncing them with my TV to match the on-screen visuals. It’s truly amazing how the colors bathe my room, making me feel like I’m right in the middle of the scene—whether it’s swimming with sea turtles or exploring vibrant coral reefs.
One thing I’ve learned is the importance of calibration. I adjusted my camera placement and tweaked white balance and saturation to get the perfect setup. It took some trial and error, but now everything works seamlessly!
I also had a funny issue with my fan’s noise interfering with my videos. I couldn’t believe how loudly it was picked up by my microphone, even though I barely noticed it in person. I ended up turning it off completely for the videos, which was a bit of a hassle, but it made the final result much better.
