One thing I’m struggling with is managing my Schlage lock codes and adding unlock actions to automations. In the old app, I had this smooth setup where geofencing would trigger my thermostat, garage door, and front door lock seamlessly. I’m really hoping to replicate that in the new app, but I could use some guidance on where to find those settings. Any tips would be appreciated!
On another note, I’ve been dealing with some presence detection issues with my wife’s phone. While mine works perfectly, hers stopped registering any events a few days ago. I’ve tried removing and re-adding her device, but no luck so far. It’s been working flawlessly before, so this sudden change is puzzling. If anyone has encountered something similar or knows a fix, I’d be grateful to hear about it.
Despite these hiccups, I’ve been really impressed with how the new app handles certain features. For instance, the integration with my Hue lights has been seamless, and the ability to create more complex automations is a huge plus.
