I’ve been exploring the Owl CM160 Energy Monitor and came across something interesting that I’d love to discuss. I’ve been using it to track my energy consumption, and I noticed it has an LCD panel that displays the current room temperature. This got me thinking—can the CM160 also report temperature data back to my Vera Edge UI7 alongside energy usage?
I’ve been using Vera for a while now, and integrating devices seamlessly has always been a priority for me. The idea of having both energy consumption and temperature data in one place sounds fantastic, but I’m not entirely sure how to go about it. Has anyone successfully configured the CM160 to report temperature to Vera? Any tips or experiences to share would be greatly appreciated!
