Exploring the Smlight SLZB-06 for Improved Zigbee Network Stability

After three years of reliable service with my Sonoff P dongle as the Zigbee coordinator, I’ve been truly impressed by its performance managing 76 devices, including 44 powered outlets and switches. However, I’ve noticed occasional connection losses with my two remote access points, which are crucial for monitoring the gate and garden areas. This has led me to explore potential upgrades to enhance network reliability.

I’ve come across several discussions about the Smlight SLZB-06 and am curious to learn if others have experienced significant improvements after migrating from the Sonoff P. Has anyone noticed better stability or range with this device? I’d love to hear about your experiences and any tips for a smooth transition.

While I’m excited about the possibility of a more robust network, I’m also cautious about the investment and setup process. Any insights or recommendations would be invaluable as I consider this upgrade. Looking forward to hearing from the community and learning from your experiences!
