Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the WyzeCam firmware update. It all started during the pandemic when I upgraded the firmware on two of my WyzeCams. At the time, it seemed like a straightforward process, but now I’m facing some unexpected challenges.
After the firmware update, I tried to revert the cameras to their original settings, but they wouldn’t connect properly. I noticed the cameras wouldn’t say “ready to connect” or read the QR code, which was frustrating. I even tried removing the memory card, but that didn’t help.
I’m wondering if others have had similar issues or if there’s a workaround. Did anyone else experience problems after a firmware update? I’d love to hear your thoughts or solutions!
It’s a bit concerning because I rely on these cameras for security, and having them offline isn’t ideal. I’m hoping the community can shed some light on this. Thanks in advance for your help!
