Hi everyone, I’m diving into the world of Wyze Cams and I’m both excited and a bit puzzled! I recently set up two Wyze Cams and created some handy shortcuts using Classic Automation—like switching to ‘away’ mode at 9 AM and ‘home’ mode after 6 PM. The setup was smooth, but I ran into a snag when trying to share these cameras with my wife. While she can see the cameras, the shortcuts I created aren’t showing up in her app. Now, I’m wondering if I need to recreate the same shortcuts for her or if there’s a smarter way to sync our setups.
Another thing I’m curious about is how the cameras handle being turned off by either user. Would that affect both of our accounts? I’d love to hear from anyone who’s successfully shared their Wyze Cams and any tips they might have on making this process seamless.
On a lighter note, I’ve been experimenting with integrating my Wyze Cams with other smart devices, like my Philips Hue lights.
