I’ve been really impressed with the Wyze Cam V3’s window mount and attachable light features. They’ve added so much versatility to my setup! However, I’ve noticed something that could take my outdoor Wyze Cam to the next level: a lens adapter system.
Currently, I use my outdoor cam to monitor my bird feeder, but the image clarity isn’t as sharp as I’d like. A set of interchangeable lens adapters, perhaps attached with a strap or rubber band, would allow for different viewing angles and improved focus. It’s a feature that mobile phones have nailed, so why not extend this to security cameras?
If Wyze can’t provide such adapters, maybe sharing the lens specifications would be a great workaround. This way, enthusiasts like myself could experiment with creating our own solutions. I’m excited about the potential for this enhancement and would love to hear others’ thoughts or experiences on the matter!
