I’ve been using Wyze cameras for a while now, and they’ve been a fantastic addition to my smart home setup. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the videos recorded by my Wyze V2, Pan, and V3 cameras get stuck loading. It’s a bit frustrating because I can usually view a few videos without any issues, but after that, they start freezing or getting stuck. I wonder if others are experiencing the same problem and if there’s a workaround or fix for this. I’ve tried restarting the cameras and the app, but it doesn’t seem to help consistently. Wyze, please prioritize fixing this software issue before rolling out new products! I’d love to hear from anyone who’s found a solution or has some insights.
On a different note, I’ve also been exploring the new Google Nest YAML script editor. It’s really cool to see how it allows for more complex automations compared to the simple routines we could build before. I think this is a great step towards making home automation more accessible for everyday users. While it might not reach the sophistication of openHAB or Home Assistant, it’s definitely a solid option for those who don’t want to manage their own server. I’m curious to hear what others think about this feature and how they’re using it to enhance their smart homes. The ability to create powerful automations with YAML opens up a lot of possibilities, and I’m excited to dive deeper into it.
