Exploring Wyze Headphones and iOS Compatibility: A User's Journey

I recently stumbled upon an interesting issue with my Wyze headphones and iOS devices. After updating the Wyze app, my headphones, which had been working perfectly with my iPad, suddenly disappeared from the app. I tried re-adding them as a ‘new device,’ but the app kept prompting me to ‘allow location,’ which I had already done. Frustrated, I discovered that while the headphones still worked with my Android phone, they refused to connect with my iPad or iPhone. This was perplexing, especially since Wyze had recently fixed an iOS crash issue. I reached out to Wyze support, and they assured me that the issue was being investigated. In the meantime, I decided to explore alternative solutions, such as using third-party apps or checking for any hidden settings in the iOS Bluetooth menu. While waiting for a resolution, I also discovered that the issue wasn’t isolated to my devices—other users were reporting similar problems. This experience taught me the importance of staying updated with firmware and app releases, as well as the value of community support in troubleshooting. I remain hopeful that Wyze will resolve this issue soon, as their products have consistently delivered excellent performance in the past. If anyone has encountered similar problems or found a workaround, I’d love to hear about it!
