Hey everyone! I recently got my hands on a Wyze Sense sensor, and I’ve been trying to figure out the best ways to use it in my small 28-square-meter bedroom apartment. Initially, I thought of setting it up as a door sensor to trigger my air conditioner, but that didn’t quite work out as planned. The idea was simple: when the door opens, the AC turns on, and when it closes, the AC turns off. However, the motion sensor in the bathroom has been a bit of a challenge. Sometimes, when I’m in the shower, the lights turn off because the sensor doesn’t detect me properly. It’s a bit frustrating, but I’m determined to find a workaround!
I’ve been brainstorming other ways to use the Wyze Sense. Maybe I can set it up to monitor room occupancy and adjust the lighting or temperature accordingly. Or perhaps use it to track my sleep patterns and ensure the bedroom stays quiet and cool throughout the night. The possibilities are endless, but I need to figure out the best placement and settings to make it work seamlessly.
