Exploring Wyze's Refund Policy for Defective Products

I recently had an experience with Wyze that left me a bit puzzled. I purchased two Wyze V3 cameras in the U.S. to use in Canada, but unfortunately, one of them didn’t work as expected. After troubleshooting with Wyze, they acknowledged the issue but only offered a gift card since they have no inventory in Canada. While I appreciate their acknowledgment of the problem, I was hoping for a replacement camera. This situation made me realize the importance of checking inventory and return policies before making international purchases. I ended up buying from Amazon instead, which might have given me better refund options. Despite this hiccup, I’m still a fan of Wyze’s products and look forward to future improvements in their customer service. :package::sparkles:
