I’ve been diving into the world of Z-Wave devices lately, and it’s been quite an adventure! I recently came across a post about the Monoprice Z-Wave devices being on sale, and I’m curious if anyone has tried them. From what I understand, Z-Wave devices are supposed to work seamlessly, but it would be great to hear from someone who’s actually used these specific ones. Have they performed well in your experience? 
Another thing I’ve been exploring is setting up automation rules with my Z-Wave devices. I stumbled upon a thread where someone was struggling with their Vera Plus setup, specifically with a NWS15Z switch not controlling both lamps when physically operated. I found this really interesting because I’m also trying to get my head around how physical switches interact with my smart home setup. If anyone has tips or tricks for ensuring physical switches trigger both local and remote actions, I’d love to hear them! 
On a lighter note, I just had a funny moment with my Blink Mini Pan-Tilt camera. It worked perfectly during setup, but then when I tried to use it again, it just… stopped. I had to reset it, and now it’s working again, but it’s a bit frustrating. I’m hoping it’s just a temporary glitch and not a bigger issue with the firmware. Fingers crossed! 
Lastly, I’ve been thinking about upgrading my UPS system. I saw a thread where someone was comparing different APC models and had questions about transfer times and battery upgrades. It made me realize how important it is to choose the right UPS for my needs, especially since I want long runtime capabilities. If anyone has tips on selecting the best UPS or has experience with battery upgrades, I’d appreciate any advice!
