I recently purchased the Nouse A6Z outdoor plug with the hope of leveraging its energy reporting features for outdoor lighting automation. While the indoor version, the A1Z, has worked flawlessly with sensors providing both consumption and power data, the outdoor version seems to fall short. Out of the box, it only offers basic on/off functionality without any energy sensors. I’ve tried troubleshooting by pairing it with my Conbee II stick and even tested the Ledvance outdoor plug, but both have shown issues with energy reporting. I’m curious if anyone else has managed to get energy sensors working with outdoor Zigbee plugs or has recommendations for reliable alternatives. It would be fantastic to hear about successful setups or any troubleshooting tips that could help me get the most out of my outdoor smart plugs.
