Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some guidance on a challenge I’m facing with my Zigbee setup. I’ve been trying to extend the Zigbee signal to my detached garage, which I’ve converted into an office. Despite having Ethernet connectivity in the garage, I’m struggling to get a reliable Zigbee signal there. I’ve tried using Zigbee routers and repeaters, but they’re not providing the coverage I need. I’ve done extensive research, but I’m not finding a straightforward solution.
I’ve heard about using a Sonoff Bridge flashed with Tasmota as a potential solution, but I’m wondering if there are simpler or more effective alternatives. I’m hoping to avoid complicated DIY projects and find a more seamless way to extend my Zigbee network using the Ethernet I already have in place.
Does anyone have experience with this? Have you successfully extended your Zigbee network via Ethernet? Any tips, recommendations, or solutions would be greatly appreciated. I’d love to hear about your experiences and how you overcame similar challenges. Thanks in advance for your help!
