Failed to connect the sensor device (4th step, Failed to send the network configuration information)

I’m trying to connect the Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 with the Wi-Fi using Aqara Home app but it always failed to connect to the Wi-fi. On my first try, it connected and can also detect human presence. After few days later, I am trying to connect again but every time it failed to connect.

Error : “Failed to send the network configuration information. Error code 10004”

Here the things I have tried:

  1. I have checked the network is 2.4. GHz band.
  2. The sensor is in ready-to-connect state.
  3. Reinstall the Aqara Home app and try to connect.
  4. Clear the Aqara Home app cache and reset the sensor’s settings.
  5. Try different network with 2.4 GHz band.
  6. Try different account in Aqara Home app.
  7. Reset the settings (Pressing power button 10 times)
  8. Tried with different phone (Android).

But nothing works. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hey!
Try this :

1.Turn off mobile data.
2.Connect to the Wi-Fi network you are going to connect the device to (This network must have Internet connection).
3.Restart your phone.
4.Unplug the Aqara device, wait for 2 minutes and plug it again.
5.Open the Aqara app and attempt to add it.
