Failed to pair Zemismart MT82A with Aqara M3 Hub

I am trying to add the Zemismart MT82A to my Aqara M3 Hub, but the registration keeps failing.
Does anyone know the cause and solution for this? Or has anyone experienced the same issue?

If this is the first device you are pairing the MT82 to, use the code on the motor, and you may need to move the motor and the M3 Hub closer together. If the MT82 has already been bound to another Matter hub (ie., HomeKit or Home Assistant), you will need to put it into pairing mode in that hub and use the code it produces (which will be different from the original code).
