Oh yes… you’re definitely not alone!
I’ve had my fair share of false alarms too — and of course, they love to strike when I’m on a business trip, in the middle of the night. My wife is… let’s just say… not the biggest fan of Aqara smoke detectors anymore 
I’ve actually removed a few of them. Turns out they don’t like outdoor air (too many particles) — and definitely hate bathroom steam.
One trick that sometimes helped: blowing the sensor clean. But to be honest, that’s not exactly a long-term fix.
So, no solution here either — just solidarity.
