Hello, my wife on her iPhone home app, has our G350 camera show up as non responsive. I saw another post similar to this, I tried the debug steps including removing an reading her as a member but nothing seems to work.

Do you use both apps? Apple home and Aqara app?
Did you also tried to bind it first over your wife’s iPhone and see if it works on both?
