Faulty U200 - How to check ticket?

Hi. I purchased a U200 Uk edition from Amazon back in November. I went to install it for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, it appears that the lock is faulty straight out of the box. When calibrating, the lock will not turn at all. I can manually turn it by hand, but it will not move automatically, just hear the motor trying and failing.

I raised a ticket in the app, but I didn’t receive any email confirmation or response. Is there a way to check open tickets or similar?
