Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Govee products and provide some feedback. I’ve been using Govee devices for quite some time now, and I must say, they’ve been a fantastic addition to my smart home setup. However, I’ve noticed something that’s been on my mind lately. It seems that users outside the USA, like myself in the UK, are often excluded from participating in product surveys and tests through the app. While I completely understand that logistics and regional differences can limit certain offerings, it feels a bit disappointing to be left out of these opportunities, especially when they are so accessible to US-based users.
I would love to see Govee consider expanding these opportunities to a broader audience. It would not only be beneficial for the company to gather a wider range of feedback but also make customers like me feel more included and valued. I truly believe that Govee has the potential to become even more customer-centric by embracing global input.
