Living in Switzerland I have installation an U200 lock in my home vacation in Morocco.
I already had an Aqara echosystem in place with an M3 hub, various sensors and a G3 camera hub and simply added.
Installation went well, I used the Aqara cylinder that was easy to install, just whished it was even shorter. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The Matter binding with M3 worked 1st time as well as the subsequent Homekit binding.
In the 1st few days there where occasional matter link drop, but this has not happened for weeks. There also has been one or two occurence of lock state being wrong and a lock restart was needed.
Adding fingerprint, NFC and pin for users is easy.
What I like less :
The Remote capability is to be kind abysmal, I live on another continent from were the lock is is. Remote unlock and one time password is simply not enough for my usage.
At minima Journal, allowing to add a time bound pin autorisation and allowing to enable disable users should be available remotely.
Aqara as said that more will come but since remote unlock was added there has been nothing new.
All in all I have mixed feelings due to the missing features
