Hey everyone, I’m a new user of the Homey Pro and I’ve been having some issues connecting my Fibaro Dimmer 2. I need to install around 10 of these dimmers for my project, but so far, I’ve only managed to get 2 working, and it’s been a frustrating process. The hardware installation seems straightforward—connecting the phase wire and watching the green LED light up, which indicates successful installation. However, the real challenge comes when trying to pair the dimmer with the Homey software.
I’ve followed the steps carefully: selecting Fibaro, choosing Dimmer 2, and attempting the pairing process. But no matter how many times I press the button or adjust the distance between the Homey Bridge and the dimmer, it just doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried multiple dimmers on different lights, pressing the button at varying speeds, but nothing seems to make a difference. I’m starting to wonder if there’s a specific timing I’m missing, especially since the green LED is already on after installation.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I’d really appreciate any tips or tricks to resolve this. Maybe I’m missing a small detail somewhere, but I can’t figure it out. Thanks in advance for your help!
