Trying to update to latest firmware available on the U50 lock but not able to as it keeps timing out ad soon as you click update.

Hello, could you please try updating the Aqara Home app? Additionally, could you confirm your U50 firmware version and your phone model?
It appears that the phone Bluetooth update is a relatively stable feature. If the Aqara app still won’t update, we may need to gather more information. If the issue persists, we can have customer service provide further assistance
This may be a bit tricky, but can you confirm how you are updating the firmware? I have found that if you update from the firmware update page it often fails/times out… but if you go to the lock under accessories and click update firmware from the banner that appears there, while standing in bluetooth range of the lock, you should be successful. It’s a quirky thing I’ve found with these locks. Hope it helps.
