FP 300 sensor battery issue

Hello everyone,

I installed a brand new Presence Sensor FP300 less than two weeks ago. I received a low battery message yesterday and today the sensor is offline. Battery life was promised to be years, not weeks. Has anybody else have a similar experience?

Hi, what protocol are you using?
Did you made some specific things with the FP300?
