So I’m guessing it’s just me, but I am truly disappointed and struggling with these FP2 sensors. I’ve bought 3 hoping they were worth the money and able to track where people are and when they leave turning light etc off.
I’ve got to admit, so far these are the worst sensors I’ve ever bought. I’ve got £1 motion sensor lights that are more reliable than these. I’m VERY close to boxing them back up and sending them back.
Before I do wanted to see what others have found useful to get them to be reliable and actually do what the advertise they’re supposed to. I’ll upload a photo to show I’m not going mad and these just aren’t currently working. The picture shows obvious presence in a room yet it’s reporting back no presence. The zone is set up as a motion zone and it clearly sees movement it’s just not registering that there is someone actually there. (It says absent!) I’m on the latest firmware and that was abysmal trying to get them to update. Nothing about these has been easy at all and the software is so glitchy.
Any help will be much appreciated before I send them back as junk.
