I just got my FP300, I’m trying to add it in zigbee mode with my iPhone XS, the FP300 has a slow pulsing blue LED.
In the Aqara App I can’t seem to see the FP300 so I scan the QR code, choose Zigbee, then I get the following error (see screenshot)
Which Aqara hub are you using?
I’m using the M2 hub, I was on the china region, after switching to Canada I was able to update the firmware and add it to the hub, re-switching to china I seem to see all my devices now.
Well the Fp300 you bought was no china version. I would recommend to use your region to avoid this problems
Yes that would be ideal but I started using Aqara many years ago before it was available in Canada, that’s why I’m on the Chinese server. I’d love to switch but the idea of re-configuring all my sensors across homekit/home assistant and Alexa is not tempting.
At least I was able to make it work by switching to Canada and switching back to China.
