I can not update the firmware. It’s shows 3% in updating then Keeps failing. It’s on zigbee protocol. I did the basic troubleshooting. Please help

The Zigbee update may be really slow unfortunately.
Have you tried clicking the FP300 button before clicking update?
Have you tried restarting your hub, then clicking the button (after the hub is live again), then clicking update?

Hi, I also had this issue- it helped to change to Matter first and switching later back to Zigbee - then the App uploaded the latest Zigbee firmware to it. Not the best option- but it worked

Personally, placing the sensor near the gateway at the time of the update helped me

When pressing the button on the device didn’t help I did it the same way as @DEChrisE said. That’s a 100% success for me
