FP300 FW Update Issue

I realize there are a lot of topics about the FP300 but I think this issue might be different?

I have 9 FP300s spread across the house, all running Zigbee and connected to either M3 or M2 hubs. 8 of the 9 have been updated to latest firmware but #9 simply won’t take. It sits on download screen at 0% and then eventually times out.

Things I have tried:
Restarting the device
Pushing the button after initializing the download (as the FW instructions state)

I haven’t gone as far as resetting the device or removing/adding back to AH.

Any thoughts before I do the reset and remove/readd?

Hello, remove the battery for a while and reinsert it.

No love with the battery removal. I reset it and re-added to AH and it’s working fine now.
