So I ordered the FP300 from Amazon the first day it was available. It’s working nicely for about two weeks in Thread mode in Home Assistant via Matter. Then it became unavailable in Home Assistant. I re-paired it and it worked again for two days. Now it stopped again. What can I do?

I believe Thread is pretty scetchy on it from what others have been saying with limited function …use the ZigBee protocol and you’ll probably have better luck with more functionality
I will try Zigbee for now, but my Thread network has much better coverage and therefore is usually faster to react
I also recommend to change to zigbee! And the Fp300 has much more efforts in Zigbee mode - Special in The Aqara App!

Actually I bought this because this is marketed as Matter-over-Thread. If it doesnt work in Thread mode I will send it back.
I totally agree I am trying to migrate devices to thread and the FP300 is supposed to be battery and thread human presence with temp and humidity. So It is very frustrating it is not working. I have ordered several Meross MS605 to try as well.

In Home Assistant every entity is unavailable.
