Do not update the FP400 to the latest firmware version 0063 (zigbee). The sensor stops working correctly.
When I leave the room, the sensor correctly registers that I have left (showing 0 people), but it still continues to detect presence. This issue did not occur with the previous firmware version.
I have already performed spatial learning several times.
Please investigate this issue and release a fix as soon as possible. I hope we won’t have to wait several weeks, let alone months, for a solution.
