I’ve been using the official SmartThings app for all my other devices, so having this AC integrated was a must. After some research, I found that the AC needs to be connected through the Frigidaire app first, and then you can link it to SmartThings. It’s a bit of a workaround, but it keeps everything consolidated in one place. I also discovered that the AC doesn’t support routines natively, which was a bit of a letdown, but I’m still happy with the integration overall.
