I recently needed to factory reset my Presence sensor FP2 in order to start afresh. To my surprise, after removing the device and physically reset it, when I add it again all my map and zones are still there, including the stickers 
Is there a way to fully wipe all traces of previous installations of the FP2 to start completely blank?
Hello, It might just be a reset of the device rather than a factory restoration. Please refer to the steps for restoring factory Settings. Press the Reset
button for 10 times successively is to restoring factory Settings.
