G100 issues with blackouts

Hi friends

We have a couple of G100s in use as security cameras. They’re hanging covered outside.
They’re running fine most of the time, but they have periods of black outs. It is a huge problem because we’re having some security issues and we have some key moments.
We also have a G410 doorbell and the m3 hub.

Please advise what it can be. It doesn’t make sense and it’s very intermittent, but sometimes we miss hours at a time.
